Meets the educational needs of patient/family/co-workers utilizing principals of teaching/learning. Delegates nursing care based on knowledge of staff qualifications/competency and patient care. Successfully completes the defined job specific competencies as listed in the RN evaluation tool. Ability to manage a busy practice in a professional manner. Work needs to be accurate and must follow all required policies and agency regulations. Ability to evaluate unexpected and critical situations. Weighs pertinent information and makes appropriate decisions with minimal assistance. Qualifications Education: Registered nurse degree from an approved school of nursing. Licensure: Licensed to practice registered nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state. CPR certified. Experience: Minimum one year hospital or clinic nursing experience. missioncritical LI-CHI
