RN -Clinic Support
The Telephone Triage Nurse provides clinical assessment, triage, and medical guidance to patients via telephone using established protocols in collaboration with ambulatory clinics. This role requires strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple calls efficiently while ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality patient care. This role does not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe treatment, but provides nursing guidance and facilitates appropriate care access. The Telephone Triage Nurse is an essential member of the care team, supporting appropriate care access, patient education, and care coordination.
Must have active RN License, a minimum of five years of bedside experience
