Requirements:
 • RN - Registered Nurse
 • BLS - Basic Life Saving certification
 • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
 • NIH - Stroke Certification
 • CSU-ALS Certification within 3 years of start date.
 • PCCN certification within 2 years of the start date.
 • Cardiac Surgery Certification (CSC) within 3 years of start date.
 • 2 years of nursing experience caring for Step Down level care patients including cardiothoracic surgery patients, preferred.
 • Experience In Hospital or AcuteCare Setting
 • Clear Communication Skills Both Written and Verbal
 • Able To Keep Confidential Information Regarding Patients, Team Members
 • Able To Withstand Crisis Situations
 • Has Skills In Provides Customer Service To Patients, Team Members, And Visitors
 • Knowledge And Experience With Electronic Health Records
 • RN Diploma/RN Graduate Program
 • Bachelor’s degree - preferred.
 • Delaware license (Compact Allowed)
 • ACLS
 • BLS
