Shift: 12 Hour Nights
Salary: $65/Hour Weekly Gross: $2340 for 36 Hour work week (Blended Rate)
Taxable Salary: $32.72/Hour Weekly Taxable Salary: $1177.92
Stipend: $32.28/Hour Weekly Stipend: $1162.08
OT Rate: $49.08 (1.5X of Taxable Salary)
Contract: 13 Weeks 36 Hours
EOW; float to other units within scope as needed
Weekend Scheduling:
A. A weekend is defined as Friday night at 1900 until Monday morning at 0700.
B. Colleagues with unexcused absence/illness during regularly scheduled weekend shifts will be automatically scheduled to work a weekend make-up shift on the next schedule. The make-up shift will be in addition to your regularly scheduled weekend.
LOCALS ACCEPTED - SAME RATE
**8 hours non-billable orientation hours**
Guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation.

4B is a 21-bed unit that serves both medical and surgical patients

Electronic Health Record - Cerner System and use of bedside bar code administration.

At least 1 year of experience on a Medical-Surgical unit.

Current and active IL license required as well as BLS.

Every other weekend rotation is expected. Shift to be determined at the time of request. 36 Hours per week, No call.

Will need to be flexible to assist with staffing on other Medical-Surgical units.

Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 21 Bed

patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only) 1:5-6.

Dress Code: Any color scrubs.

Classroom training for computer charting and quality indicators is provided along with 24hrs of unit specific orientation
