- JOB RELATIONSHIPS
- Responsible to Director of Surgical Services, Operating Room Assistant Director and/or designee.
- DEFINITION OF POSITION
- The Registered Nurse is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the nursing care of assigned patients in the operating room.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
- Previous operating room or related experience desirable.
- ACLS Certification or completion of ACLS within 6 months
- Current AHA BLS Certification required.
- Professional certification preferred.
