RN Orientation Coordinator/Educator

Broad Function:

RN who coordinates and facilitates orientation for new nurses to Auburn Community Hospital on various inpatient units.

Qualifications:

• Current New York State RN license
• BSN required (enrollment in program considered), MSN or active progress towards an MSN degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of recent acute care clinical experience
• Demonstrated clinical competence and excellence in professional practice
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teaching skills
• Ability to provide constrictive feedback and foster a positive learning environment
• Experience as a preceptor preferred

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually
