RN Pediatrics
- JOB RELATIONSHIPS
- Supervises RNs, LPNs, NAs, UCs and other Patient Care Services Employees; responsible to Clinical Director.
- DEFINITION OF POSITION
- The Registered Nurse is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the nursing care of assigned patients.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
- Current PALS or obtain within 6 months of employment.
- Current AHA BLS certification required.
- Current NRP on hire or obtain within 6 months of employment.
- Professional certification preferred.
- ACLS certification within 6 months of hire if applicable.
- Ability to provide care based on age, developmental status and socioeconomic need.
