POSITION SUMMARY – RN Performance Improvement Coordinator

POSITION DUTIES – Coordination and facilitation of the Trauma Performance Improvement Program. Works in collaboration with trauma program leadership to provide coordination and facilitation of performance improvement (PI) including data collection, analysis, trending, and benchmarking of data to improve patient care outcomes.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – Bachelor's in Nursing, RN license, AHA BLS, 3 years Trauma, Emergency, or Intensive Care Nursing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – Master's in Nursing, 1 year Project Management / Database Management / Quality experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks
