The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated *Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)* to join our team in the *Salinas, CA area*. This is a *full-time, onsite opportunity* supporting students across a variety of educational settings and age groups.

Position Details
* Full-time position
* Monday-Friday school schedule 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
* Onsite services only
* Support students across general and special education settings
* Collaborative school-based role within a unified district
What You'll Be Doing
* Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
* Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
* Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
* Provide direct behavioral support and consultation services
* Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data
* Train and mentor Behavior Intervention staff
* Support teachers, administrators, and families with behavior strategies
* Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed
* Travel between school sites as needed
Student Population
* Preschool through sixth grade
* General Education and Special Education settings
* Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
* Emotional Disturbance (ED)
* Other Health Impairments (OHI)
* Medically fragile students
* Students with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs
Qualifications
* Active BCBA certification required
* Minimum *1 year of BCBA experience*
* Strong assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration skills
* Ability to work with diverse student populations and behavioral presentations
