Position Highlights

What You'll Be Doing
* Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
* Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
* Participate in IEP meetings
* Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data
* Provide behavioral consultation and support
* Train and coach school staff on evidence-based behavior strategies
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
* Support teachers, administrators, and families
* Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as applicable
* Travel between school sites as needed
Student Population You'll work with students from elementary through high school with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs, including:

* Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
* Emotional Disturbance (ED)
* Other Health Impairments (OHI)
* Medically fragile students
* Other behavioral and developmental needs
Qualifications
* Active BCBA certification required
* Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience
* Strong assessment and treatment-planning skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
*School-based experience is preferred, but not required.*
