School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist

Position Overview:
- Provide in-person speech and language therapy to K-12 students with Autism, Language Impairments, and Learning Disabilities.
- Manage a caseload of 45-50 students, primarily providing specialized services outside the general education setting to meet Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.
- Develop and implement IEP-aligned treatment plans, track student progress, and maintain compliance documentation.
- Partner with multidisciplinary school teams and families to coordinate support services and foster an inclusive environment for student success.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active Maryland State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience supporting diverse student populations, including Autism and OHI
