School Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)

Requirements:

• Active CA SLPA license/certification
• 1 Year Experience as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant
• AAC experience required
• School-based experience preferred
• Must be able to work in person
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Other Requirements

Speech Language Pathologist Assistant should have has hands-on AAC experience, including exposure to devices or programs such as Proloquo2Go, TouchChat, LAMP, Dynavox, or similar AAC tools.

Must be comfortable:

• Supporting speech and language goals under SLP supervision
• Assisting with AAC modeling, carryover, and implementation
• Working with school-aged students in person
• Following treatment plans and documenting services
