  • Weekly Gross: Up to $3,200.00
  • Hourly Rate: Up to $80.00/hr
  • Annual Equivalent: Up to $166,400.00
  • The Schedule: True 40-hour work weeks. No nights, no weekends, and no holidays.

Your Role in the District

As a vital member of the multidisciplinary team, you will manage a K-12 caseload, ensuring students receive the communication support they need to succeed:

  • Perform comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments.
  • Lead the development and implementation of IEP goals.
  • Provide high-quality direct therapy services to students.
  • Collaborate with a supportive network of teachers, parents, and administrators.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports via district systems.

What You Bring to Tillamook

We are looking for a clinician who is "ready to go" for the August start:

  • Education: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Active Oregon TSPC SLP License is required (or ability to obtain before August).
  • Experience: School-based experience is highly preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFYs) with strong school placements are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills: Strong organizational "IEP-brain" and a collaborative spirit.
