School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Part-time (SY 25/26)

Job Description
The Katherine Thomas School, a program of TLC in Rockville, MD has an opportunity for a part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) (20 hours per week) beginning with the 2025/2026 school year. KTS services students in preschool through middle school grades with language, learning, sensory motor disabilities and/or high functioning autism. EOE

The position is responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to students who exhibit communication learning problems related to speech, pragmatic language and autism.

This is a 10-month position. Salary range of $35 to $45 per hour, DOE, plus benefits.

Experience and Skills
Required Experience for the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP):

• Maryland Speech License or be eligible at the time of hire
• Master's in Speech Pathology, Speech and Hearing or equivalent program
• Experience in Augmentative systems, Visualizing and Verbalizing and Social Thinking is a plus
• Experience with the pediatric population
