- JOB SUMMARY
- The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly healthcare environment for patients, visitors, staff, and property. This role requires professionalism, sound judgment, physical readiness, and the ability to respond appropriately to routine and emergent situations. Security Officers perform essential job functions in accordance with departmental policies, organizational standards, applicable laws, and regulatory requirements.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certifications/Licenses:

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and respectful under stress.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and report writing.
- Ability to work effectively in a healthcare environment, including interaction with individuals experiencing physical or behavioral distress.
