As a Director, Market Access Evidence Development you will be a part of the Market Access and Channel Innovation Team, leading the strategy of key studies aimed at demonstrating the clinical utility, cost-effectiveness, and unique value of Sema4 products and services. The Director, Market Access Evidence Development will lead the development of clinical utility-based and health economic value propositions, dossiers and other tools based on evidence, societal guidelines, and other reputable sources. The Director, Market Access Evidence Development will partner with cross-functional study teams to develop peer-reviewed, published evidence of the analytical validity, clinical validity, clinical utility, and cost effectiveness of Sema4 products and services. The Director, Market Access Evidence Development will be responsible for ensuring study designs, published evidence and tools reflect the needs of customers who cover and reimburse Sema4 products and services. The Director, Market Access Evidence Development will be responsible for developing and implementing Sema4's societal guideline strategy. The Director, Market Access Evidence Development will provide expertise to cross-functional study teams to ensure that publications and other tools clearly communicate key evidence needs to drive broad coverage and clinical acceptance of Sema4 products and services. Responsibilities

Responsibilities
• In partnership with Program Directors, establish strategic value claims to drive coverage and adoption of Sema4 products and services aligned to existing and future clinical evidence, guidelines, budget impact analyses, etc.
• Lead development of clinical dossiers
• Lead Sema4 guideline strategy
• Develop and implement Sema4 societal guideline strategy
• Inform the study design and operational plan of retrospective and prospective clinical and health economic studies
• Collaborate and coordinate across a matrix team of medical affairs, market access, R&D, data science, commercial, and other cross-functional teams on clinical and health economic study design efforts
• Track and communicate on the tactical execution of clinical and health economic studies, analyses, presentations, submissions, and publications for Sema4 products and services
• Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables within the evidence generation, submission, and publication strategies and proactively communicate setbacks and delays to all relevant parties
• Evaluate medical policies and identify opportunities for Sema4 products and services
• Ensure that all activities consider market access evidence generation needs and team objectives
• Develop an in-depth understanding of current products and pipeline technologies
• Remain current with relevant clinical literature and advances in development of real-world evidence and real-world clinical and health economic studies

Job Requirements

Qualifications Experience
• PhD or equivalent in Life Science-related field
• Certified genetic counselor, pharmacist, nurse, or similar a plus

• 4+ years of experience in clinical and health economic study development in healthcare, life sciences, or other related industries
• Experience working with/leading cross functional teams, particularly Medical and HEOR teams
• Demonstrated understanding of clinical and health economic evidence needed to drive coverage and clinical adoption
• Demonstrated experience successfully obtaining coverage and/or clinical acceptance of products and services, novel molecular diagnostics preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of health economic evidence, budget impact modeling and successful professional experience needed to drive value-based outcomes contracting a plus.
