Senior Living Leasing Assistant
As an integral member of the sales team, the Leasing Support Specialist is responsible for providing support to The Oaks of Louisiana Sales and Leasing Team in a timely, consistent, and professional manner. Activities are broad in scope and require exceptional focus on details, accuracy, and timeliness. The Leasing Support Specialist contributes to team success by applying a general and specific understanding of The Oaks of Louisiana to professionally executed processes.
This position will:
-Support varied clerical and administrative needs of Sales and Leasing or marketing
-Collaborate with the Sales and Leasing Manager as well as with other The Oaks of Louisiana team members and departments to assist in achieving department goals
-Participate in weekly leasing and interdepartmental meetings
-Participate in the development of promotional tactics and plans as requested
-Perform accurate and timely data entry of required sales lead information into leasing systems
-Execute tasks according to established timelines and approvals
-Stay abreast of marketing benchmarks and goals
-Organize and maintain marketing, sales, event and conference supplies, and application files
-Manage the resident move-out process
-Systematically review all open units
-Assist in the project management of Marketing events related to lead generation and/or reactivation
-Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent information to assure client, member, associate, and management rights are protected
-Utilize provided resources for organization of tasks
-Understand and comply with all applicable policies, procedures, and standards
-Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Candidates with experience in residential leasing or Senior Living are preferred. Candidates must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and be able to demonstrate a professional appearance and demeanor.
