Work Environment:

The position will be based in our corporate headquarters, near Madison, WI, but it will offer a hybrid work arrangement allowing the flexibility to work a few days a week from home.
What You’ll Do:
Execute reporting/analysis of vendor performance – initiate quality improvement program as needed
Manage all audit/inspection activities (at Fulfillment Centers and Vendor Base)
Work with vendors/factories to implement timely corrective and preventative actions
Create, maintain, and adjust quality control procedures and processes
Develop a vendor quality inspection process across direct factories and agents
Review rejected shipments – Manage disposition/RTV process
Manage regulatory compliance, social responsibility
Manage factory matrix/ensure accuracy in PLM
Maintain the Vendor Manual and Material & Product Testing Standard Operating Procedure; evolve to stay current with quality needs and regulatory compliance
Travel to factories as appropriate
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in quality assurance, manufacturing or apparel design and development
Equivalent work experience would be considered
10+ years broad based quality assurance related experience in the retail industry. Apparel experience is required, non-apparel and hardgoods in addition is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in logic thinking with a strong attention to detail
Demonstrated experience in strong communication, organization, problem solving, and prioritization skills
Proven record of improving quality related KPI
Demonstrated knowledge and ability to implement innovation into manageable and practical applications
Demonstrated experience working closely with cross-functional partners
Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced working environment
Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, written and oral communication, multi-tasking, and working in a team atmosphere adhering to strict deadlines

Compensation: $87,780+/Year
Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
