Service Desk Tech I

POSITION PURPOSE
Perform duties under specific and definite direction and instruction. Decisions are of routine nature, made within prescribed operating guidelines, policies and procedures. Will be responsible for performing job duties within institutional guidelines.

MINIMUM MANDATORY qualifications

Experience:

• IT Certification or a minimum of (2) years experience working in an IT environment.

Education:

• High School Diploma

Mandatory Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Qualifications:

• Knowledge of computer and computing environments.
• Basic computer, networking and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology
