POSITION DUTIES - Social Services Case Management

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - BLS; Bachelor's in Social Work

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - MSW preferred; Masters in other health services fields preferred.

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT - 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK - 7:30a-3:30p / 40

START DATE - 12/30/2024
