Job Summary

Responsible for the delivery of professional complex services to patients and patient's families within an interdisciplinary team setting.

Qualifications

Education

• Required
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Master's degree in Social Work

Experience:

• Preferred
  • Two years of experience in Social Work Services
  • Two years of Counseling experience

Certification/Licensure:

• Required
  • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with authorization to practice in the State of Texas
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
    • Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date
  • SAFE Approach Level III
