Qualifications Position Requirements: Two (2) years' experience in a hospital setting desirable. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal, as well as, exhibiting strong organizational skills and work ethic. Demonstrates a professional demeanor when responding to patients/customers. Education Requirements: Master's degree from an accredited School of Social Work License Requirements: Licensed by the State of Ohio Counselor and Social Work board at the LSW level; attainment of LISW status is encouraged within one year of eligibility Preferred Qualifications: Previous work in Pediatrics and OB is strong preferred. Experience working in psychiatry is a plus. Position will float between Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital and MacDonald Women's Hospital. Must be able to train as many weekdays as possible (all 5 days are preferred) for the first 6-8 weeks!
