Sous Chef/Cook

Job Description

Under the direction of the Executive Chef, oversees the operations of the kitchen. and assists in maintaining a well-organized and efficient food service department. Demonstrates a complete understanding of all basic food production skill sets with the ability to perform these error-free and meet the company quality standards. Prepares and serves attractive, nutritious meals in an organized manner. Assists in the selection, supervision and training and development of staff for growth and opportunity to meet the demand for qualified employees need for continued company growth and proficient service to residents and guests.


Experience and/or knowledge of special diets, meal preparation for large groups and safe food handling techniques are required but no less than one year kitchen related experience.

  • 1+ years of cooking experience is required.
  • Motivated, self starter with a desire to learn and grow
  • team player with a willingness to help out where needed
  • Clean background
  • Free from drug use
