Family Medicine Physician Opportunity – South Chicago/Calumet Heights

This is a full-time outpatient Family Medicine position located in South Chicago, specifically in the Calumet Heights area. The position offers a hybrid schedule designed to provide an exceptional quality of life for physicians.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-Time, Outpatient
• Schedule: Hybrid model consisting of 32 hours of clinic time, 4 hours of remote work, and 4 hours of administrative time weekly
• Paid Time Off: More than 8 weeks of PTO annually
• Base Salary: Up to $250,000, depending on experience
• Commute: Approximately 10 minutes from Indiana
