About the Role
As our Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide one-on-one therapy sessions to students with diverse communication needs, helping them excel academically and socially. You'll work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and our Learning Support team to create tailored therapy plans, interpret diagnostic results, and adjust approaches based on each student's progress. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students across all divisions.
  • Design, implement, and adjust personalized therapy plans based on each student's unique needs.
  • Coordinate therapy sessions with teachers and parents to support a balanced learning schedule.
  • Collaborate with the Learning Support team and school administration to provide updates and align on strategies.
  • Interpret diagnostic assessments, communicate progress with families, and maintain thorough records of each student's journey.


What You'll Bring

  • Credentials: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and CCC-SLP certification
  • Licensure: Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience: Prior experience with school-aged children in an educational setting is a big plus!
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, organizational skills, and adaptability in therapy techniques.
