POSITION: Speech and Language Pathologist
LOCATION: Chateaugay Central School
DESCRIPTION:
- Evaluate levels of speech and language
- Identify goals for treatment
- Create and carry out individualized plan that addresses specific functional needs
- Help coordinate speech, hearing and language services for the school
- Be involved in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans for students when appropriate
QUALIFICATIONS:
- NYS Certification as a Speech and Language Disabilities Teacher
- NYS Professional Speech Pathologist License
- Knowledge of curriculum and effective instructional strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team
STARTING DATE: September 2026
SALARY: $54,357 (2025-26 Base Salary). Consideration for additional salary may be granted based on education and experience
