JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech and Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. The SLPA will work under the direct supervision of a licensed Speech-Language
Pathologist to support individuals with communication disorders. Responsibilities include assisting with therapy sessions, preparing materials, documenting progress, and providing support to students and their families.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or a related
field.
Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant.
Previous experience working with individuals with speech and language disorders (preferred).
Foundational knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders.
Effective time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow IEP plans and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Proficiency in maintaining records and documentation.
Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented approach to care.
EMPLOYMENT: 187 days per school year
For the 2025/2026 school year
Full-Time/Part-time

LOCATION: District-wide

SALARY: Based on education and work experience. ($47,027-$58,314)
