Position: Full time Speech Language Pathologist at K-4 elementary school
Annual Salary range: $67,500 - $80,300 depending on years of prior experience and level of education.
Hiring Bonus of $5000 - ( $2500 paid in the first paycheck and $2500 paid at the start of year 3)
Number of Contract days: 186
Benefits - All full-time PUSD employees receive the following benefits in addition to their salary:
- Medical Insurance valued at over $11,000 per year. PUSD has numerous health insurance plans available. The District covers 100% of the employees insurance premiums with most plans. Some plans include cost sharing with PUSD. There is also an option to purchase insurance for dependents, at PUSD group rates.
- Life Insurance ($50,0000) with option to purchase additional for self and family
- Pension Plan with the Arizona State Retirement System: District matches employee contributions (Approximately 12%)
- Generous PTO / Sick Leave plan
- Opportunities for additional pay as an after-school club leader, coaching athletics, tutoring, etc. (all optional)
Requirements
- Valid SLP certificate from the AZ Department of Education
- Valid License by the AZ Department of Health Services
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
