Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a compassionate and motivated speech-language pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a PRN basis at our respected senior community in Markesan, WI. This is an excellent opportunity for a flexible and dedicated professional to provide meaningful care in a supportive, therapist-owned environment.
As an SLP with Greenfield, you'll deliver personalized therapy services that help residents regain and maintain their communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities. You'll work alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team to promote independence and quality of life for every individual you serve.

SLP responsibilities:
- Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions that promote safety, communication, and independence
- Document progress and outcomes according to regulatory and facility guidelines
- Educate residents, families, and staff on strategies for improved function and safety
- Collaborate with other therapy and healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care
