We are seeking passionate and dedicated Speech and Language Pathologist to join our founding team and help us build a thriving practice dedicated to providing exceptional care for young children.

Our mission is to provide exceptional early childhood education and therapy services in a nurturing and inclusive environment. Our center will offer speech, occupational, and physical therapy to support children’s development and help them reach their fullest potential.
Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team! In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and feeding disorders in children attending our new daycare and therapy center. Responsibilities
✔ Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and feeding evaluations.
✔ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) based on evidence-based practices.
✔ Provide therapy to children with speech, language, and communication disorders in a daycare and clinical setting.
✔ Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members to support children’s progress.
✔ Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, evaluations, and progress reports.
✔ Educate and provide coaching to families and daycare staff on strategies to enhance communication skills.
✔ Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CF) considered.
- State SLP license (or eligibility for licensure in Texas). Pediatric therapy and early childhood experience are highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for working with children in an educational and therapeutic setting.
