Speech-Language Pathologist (Full-Time)

Full-Time | Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM | Up to 30 billable hours/week scheduled

Position Summary

DS Therapies is seeking a mission-aligned Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric therapy services in our Christ-centered community. The SLP will assess, plan, and deliver individualized therapy while collaborating closely with students, families, and interdisciplinary staff. This position reports to the DS Therapies Director.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active or provisional Florida SLP license
  • Clinical Fellowship candidate or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
  • CPR certification (Healthcare Provider level)
  • Level 2 Background Check


Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy in a pediatric setting
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and billing
  • Educate and support families throughout the therapy process
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and educators at DS Therapies and TDSS
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and staff activities
  • Uphold the clinic's values and mission in daily practice
  • Supervise interns or CFs (if CCC-SLP and approved)
