Speech Language Pathologist

Speech Therapist (SLP) - Full-Time | Augusta, GA

Join a mission-driven team where you can make a real impact every day. We are seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to provide evaluation and treatment for individuals with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in a collaborative clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Review medical history and perform comprehensive assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care strategies
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain a safe patient environment

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Speech Therapy
• Current Georgia Speech Therapist license (or eligible)
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and clinical skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-Time
• Travel may be required based on patient needs

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and assist patients as needed
