The Springs of Fairfield Bay is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated rehab team. Your expertise will help residents communicate clearly, swallow safely, and regain confidence-making a lasting impact every day.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support comprehensive care goals
• Document progress and contribute to patient success stories
• Educate residents, families, and staff to promote ongoing communication and safety

What You Bring:

• Active Arkansas SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Team-oriented approach and commitment to resident-centered care
• Passion for helping residents regain their voice and independence
