Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Status: Full-Time-no weekend requirement

Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is therapist-led and growing quickly. We are hiring an SLP to join our team at Alden Valley Ridge. If you're looking for a supportive environment where your clinical voice matters, this is a great opportunity.

What You'll Do
• Provide high-quality speech therapy services
• Complete timely, accurate documentation
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the care team

What You Need
• Master's degree in Communication Disorders
• Illinois SLP license
• SNF experience preferred
