Qualifications:

• Experience Preferred
• Ability to work effectively with parents, students, staff and community
• Work with students who have a variety of disabilities including students with autism
• Use assistive technology
• Evaluate and diagnose specific deficits of referred students pertaining to speech and language
  • Interpret the data collected from evaluations
  • Provide a formal report to give conclusions and recommendations for the development of an IEP as needed for SLP programming
• Write IEP goals and objectives for speech and language services
• Must have flexibility in adapting to change

Certification Area:

• Valid Ohio certification/licensure:
  • Licensure with Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
  • Current registration with Ohio Department of Education
