Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year in the Beaverton, OR area. What You'll Do

• 0.50 FTE High School + 0.25 FTE Elementary
• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We're Looking For

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active Oregon SLP License (or CFY)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
