NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

• Salary - $65,000-$72,000

Would you like to make a difference every day? This role is critical to our success and exemplifies the wonderful mission driven work we do every day.

• Review medical records, and assess speech and language skills, development, articulation ability and voice and fluency disorders of students served in a private special education environment.
• Identify and develop intervention strategies.
• Direct and administer speech therapy using techniques that assist in the skill build of students in collaboration with their IEP goals and benchmarks.
• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaboration to ensure functional therapeutic intervention and progress is occurring.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology
• One year experience as a Speech Therapist, preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CF) welcome
• Current state licensure/certification as a Speech Therapist
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
• Successful clearance of local and DCFS background checks
• Effective communication skills to manage relationships
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
• A commitment to quality in everything you do
