Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at a premier 39-bed hospital facility. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating diverse patient populations for swallowing, speech-language, and overall therapy needs, contributing to our mission of making communities healthier.

Essential Functions:

• Perform and document initial and ongoing assessments of patient conditions.
• Design and implement patient-specific plans of care, involving patients and their families.
• Provide education and counseling regarding treatment plans and progress.
• Plan and assist with patient discharge coordination.
• Supervise activities of clinical fellows, students, and support personnel.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active SLP License in the State of Utah.
• CCC-SLP certification is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
