Requirements / Qualifications
- Copy of Transcript (Unofficial can be attached to the application but should you be selected sealed official transcripts will be requested.)
- Credential Copy (California Clinical Rehabilitative Services Credential )
- Letter of Introduction (Indicating (a) reason for interest in the position; and (b) a description of qualifications, training and experience relating to the unique needs of this position)
- Letter(s) of Reference (Letters need to be written within the last two years and one of these needs to be from your present supervisor)
- Resume
- Test Results/Materials (CBEST, CSET, Praxis etc.)
