Speech Language Pathologist

Job Overview
We are excited to invite a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our wonderful team! If you have a strong understanding of speech therapy techniques and a genuine passion for helping individuals enhance their communication skills, we would love to meet you. This role offers the chance to work in our clinic and local ABA centers, making a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Duties

  • Conduct engaging patient assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
  • Implement evidence-based speech therapy interventions, focusing on enhancing communication abilities.
  • Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, educators, and families to provide holistic support for patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and thoughtful documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families about speech disorders and the therapeutic journey.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology to continually improve our services.

Experience

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required.
  • Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations is preferred, but we welcome all applicants!
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech-language pathology.
  • Familiarity with early intervention strategies and patient care practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively connect with patients and their families.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
