Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the rehabilitation therapy team at KEY REHAB - MEDICALODGES Butler in Butler, Missouri. This opportunity offers day positions and a competitive, negotiable hourly rate of $68.00/hour. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy services while developing individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals. Strong communication, clinical judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team are essential.

Requirements & Additional Details

Candidates must hold a valid state SLP license or compact license and have current BLS certification. New graduates are welcome to apply and may be considered at a 10% lower bill rate. The position has a 90% productivity requirement, and compensation may decrease by 10% if the productivity requirement is not met. The rate is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
