The Springs of Park Avenue is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our experienced rehab team. In this flexible, as-needed role, you'll help residents improve their speech, language, cognition, and swallowing abilities-restoring vital skills that support independence and dignity.

What You'll Do:
• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy for speech, language, voice, fluency, cognition, and swallowing disorders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic, resident-focused care
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and care updates
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and safe swallowing techniques

What You Bring:
• Active Arkansas SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills
• Passion for working with older adults and improving quality of life
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment
