Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a compassionate, motivated PRN Speech Therapist to join our team at King-Bruwaert House, a first-class senior living community in Burr Ridge.
This opportunity offers the chance to provide outpatient speech therapy services in a welcoming, supportive environment while building meaningful relationships with residents and collaborating with a dedicated care team.
What You'll Do
Provide skilled speech therapy services to residents.
Deliver individualized outpatient therapy services.
Develop treatment plans focused on functional goals and improving quality of life.
Complete timely documentation and required administrative responsibilities.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes.
Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and care partners.

We're Looking For
A motivated, compassionate Speech Therapist who enjoys working independently while collaborating with an outstanding clinical team. Outpatient or senior living experience is a plus, but not required.
