CPT was devoted exclusively to the delivery of home care services until 1996, when we expanded to include outpatient services and skilled nursing facility staffing and management services. King-Bruwaert House is a first-class senior living community offering a welcoming, supportive environment for its residents. Our therapy team provides outpatient speech therapy services, allowing the ST to work with a variety of needs while building meaningful relationships with residents and collaborating with the care team.

What You'll Do

Provide skilled speech therapy services to residents.

Deliver individualized outpatient therapy services.

Develop treatment plans focused on functional goals and improved quality of life.

Complete timely documentation and required administrative responsibilities.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support the best possible patient outcomes.

Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and care partners.
