Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist / Audiologist

Location: Woodbine, NJ 08270

Duration: 03 Months to Long-Term

Schedule: Standard Shift (21 Hours/Week)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct triennial, annual, and new-admission hearing screenings for individuals served by WDC.
• Provide in-service training to WDC staff on hearing health, safety, and related topics.
• Participate in and support the Employee Hearing Conservation Program in coordination with the Safety Office.
• Safeguard, maintain, calibrate, and assist with the procurement of audiology equipment.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date audiology records, Speech Department files, and client binders.
• Maintain and submit required statistical and monthly activity reports.
• Review and update audiology procedures annually, completing any required revisions by May 30 of each contract year.
• Provide case management for all individuals diagnosed with hearing loss, ranging from mild to profound.
• Submit detailed monthly billing/invoices in accordance with contract requirements.

Requirements:

• Valid license to practice Speech Language Pathology and/or Audiology in the State of New Jersey.

Preferred:

• Proficient in American Sign Language preferred but not mandatory.
