Work Overview

We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist Therapy Clinical Supervisor who is responsible for the delivery of quality patient care according to the patients individual physician orders. The Speech Language Pathologist Therapy Clinical Supervisor will also be responsible for providing supervision and mentorship to at least 4 SLPA's while completing evaluations to maintain assistants caseloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Treat and evaluate patients. Treat a minimum of at least 8 patients/16+ visits weekly
• Complete and submit evaluations (initial and reevaluations) while maintaining caseload of 8 patients
• Complete a submit evaluations timely
• Supervise at least 4 SLPA's and provide mentorship
• Maintain patient and company confidentiality
• Develop a written plan of care for Speech Therapy with reasonable goals and outcomes
• Follow policies and procedures and adheres to all applicable patient care standards, licensure regulations and state laws

Requirements

• Master's degree
• Active Speech Language Pathology Therapy state of Texas license
• At least two years experience as an Speech Language Pathologist
• Experience with pediatrics and with pediatrics with developmental disabilities
• Great customer service skills
