Speech Language Pathologist

Full Time - 80 hours per pay period

Kossuth Regional Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team! This role involves evaluating, planning, and providing therapy services to patients with communication disorders and/or swallowing difficulties.

What You'll Do:
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy services and document care using our electronic health record system
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support discharge planning and home therapy programs
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
• Demonstrate an understanding of working with adults, pediatric and home health patients

Requirements

What We're Looking For:
• Current Iowa Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Registered in the State of Iowa required
• BLS Certification
• Must be qualified in bedside and barium swallow studies
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and medical vehicle liability insurance
• Strong computer and communication skills
