*Job Description:*
Speech-Language Pathologists evaluate, diagnose and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages, from neonate through geriatric.
*Education: *
* A staff SLP must have the required education to be a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Alabama.
*Experience: *
* Prior experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist is preferable.
*Licenses/Certifications: *
* Must have a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or currently working towards the CCC during a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
* Must have a current license from the Alabama Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologist and Audiology (ABESPA). Must maintain current BLS certification.
