Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - PRN / On-Call

Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a PRN / on-call basis. This is a great opportunity for a flexible clinician who enjoys working with a diverse patient population in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Compensation
- $50/hour and up (DOE - Depending on Experience)
Position Summary
The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform speech-language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication and swallowing function
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers
Qualifications
- Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting is a plus
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Schedule
- PRN / On-call, flexible scheduling based on facility needs
