Speech Language Pathologist - Sign On Bonus
At MedCare Pediatric, care is more than a service. It's a relationship. We believe in making room for what matters most: the individual needs of every child and the well-being of the therapists who support them. Every therapy plan we build is shaped by understanding, compassion, and a commitment to honoring each child's unique journey. Families are a key part of that journey, and we make sure they always feel included, informed, and empowered.
We are also focused inward, creating a workplace where therapists feel connected, supported, and truly valued. As a Speech Language Pathologist here, you'll be given the time you need for meaningful care and thoughtful documentation. You won't be doing it alone. You'll be part of a team that listens, learns from each other, and is actively building something we can all be proud of.
